Toronto authorities seek man found not criminally responsible for murder
Authorities in Toronto are on the lookout for Dylan Sherief, a man who was previously found not criminally responsible for second-degree murder. Sherief, 33, was last sighted on Thursday morning in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue vicinity.
Having been subject to a Warrant Committal, Sherief is under obligations usually imposed on individuals deemed not criminally responsible by the court. These obligations typically involve being in the care of a psychiatric facility and following specific rules.
Sherief is described as six-foot-two, weighing 215 pounds, with brown hair, a beard, and distinctive tattoos on his face and neck. During his last sighting, he was wearing a black jacket with a hood, light brown pants, and black shoes with white soles.
