Nationwide Manhunt Underway for Duo Implicated in the Murder of Dylan Adams

Toronto authorities have identified two additional suspects sought in connection with the tragic shooting incident that claimed the life of 18-year-old Dylan Adams last autumn.

According to investigators, the unfortunate event unfolded when Adams, along with a group of individuals, approached another man in the vicinity of King Street West and Spadina Avenue shortly before 5 a.m. on November 25, 2025. Allegedly, the group initiated gunfire towards the man, resulting in him being struck. In retaliation, the man fired back, inadvertently hitting Adams, who later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

One of the suspects, 27-year-old Frandy Noel from Toronto, was apprehended and charged with second-degree murder in connection to Adams’ untimely demise. Noel received medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries following his arrest.

In a recent development, law enforcement officials disclosed that Noel is now facing additional charges related to four other firearm-related offenses.

Furthermore, authorities have issued nationwide warrants for the arrest of 30-year-old Wissem Mohamed Rehayem and 26-year-old Steven Brice Pierre, both hailing from Montreal. The two individuals are wanted on multiple firearm-related charges and are believed to have affiliations in both Toronto and Montreal. Police caution that Rehayem and Pierre should be considered “armed and dangerous,” emphasizing the severity of the situation. Individuals with any pertinent information are urged to reach out to the authorities.
