A man and a woman have been arrested by Toronto Police in connection with a human trafficking investigation that began in October 2025. Authorities revealed that the suspects allegedly used deceit and manipulation to traffick a woman in southern Ontario, creating and promoting online ads for sexual services, including explicit photos.
On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, the Toronto Police Service Human Trafficking Enforcement Team apprehended Romelle Morgan, 33, and Feza Ngongo, 21, both from Toronto. Morgan has been charged with procurement and failure to comply with a probation order, while Ngongo faces charges of human trafficking and advertising another individual’s sexual services. It is important to note that these allegations have yet to be proven in court.
