Taron Stepanyan disappeared after leaving his Scarborough residence at 20 Chichester Place in December 2023. He is described as five-feet-11, around 229 pounds, with short brown hair, a brown-and-grey beard, and brown eyes. Authorities have been seeking information from the public to aid in locating Stepanyan.
