Toronto authorities are on the lookout for a female suspect following a stabbing incident near the busy intersection of Queen and Bathurst Streets on a Wednesday afternoon.
Law enforcement responded to the scene shortly after 4 p.m. following reports of a stabbing incident.
The victim was discovered with stab wounds and was swiftly taken to the hospital for treatment of serious, though not life-threatening, injuries.
The suspect is characterized as a Caucasian woman in her thirties, standing between five foot six to seven inches tall, of medium build, and sporting short blond hair.
She was last spotted donning a black jacket and black running shoes.
