Two Arrested After Stabbing Incident in North York Apartment
Toronto authorities have apprehended two individuals in connection with a violent incident that occurred within an apartment complex in North York. The incident, which involved a stabbing that resulted in severe injuries to a man, unfolded on Bathurst Street close to Steeles Avenue West early Thursday morning.
Law enforcement responded to the scene shortly before 6:30 a.m. and discovered the victim suffering from a stab wound. Emergency medical services quickly transported the injured man to a nearby hospital, where he is being treated for serious but fortunately non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspects, a woman in her twenties and a man in his forties, have been taken into custody by the police. As of now, the nature of the relationship between the victim and the arrested individuals remains undisclosed.
