Peel Regional Police (PRP) are seeking the public’s assistance in finding a 64-year-old man wanted on a national warrant following a sexual assault case involving a minor.
According to the Special Victims Unit, the incident involving Ervin Binns took place in June 2025, where he allegedly assaulted a young female. Binns is currently facing charges of sexual assault, sexual interference, and probation violation, prompting a Canada-wide search for his whereabouts.
Described as of mixed race, standing at about five feet, seven inches tall and weighing 185 pounds, Binns has a light complexion, short hair, and speaks with a Caribbean accent.
Police are urging anyone with information on Binns’ location to reach out to them immediately.
