A pedestrian in North York was hit by a vehicle on Thursday night, according to Toronto police. The incident occurred at approximately 9:35 p.m. near the intersection of Lawrence Avenue West and Brookview Drive. Emergency responders rushed the victim, a man, to the hospital with severe injuries that could be life-threatening, as reported by paramedics to CityNews. Fortunately, the driver stayed at the scene. As of now, it is unclear whether any charges will be filed.
