A tragic incident unfolded at Woodbine Mall as Toronto police revealed the identity of a 37-year-old man who fell victim to a targeted shooting in the mall’s parking lot over the weekend.
The somber event took place in the Rexdale area of Etobicoke, prompting a swift response from authorities following the distress call around 3:30 p.m. Chanda Kumar Raja Nandakuma, a resident from Brampton, was found at the scene with critical injuries. Despite efforts to save him, Nandakuma succumbed to his wounds shortly after being rushed to a local hospital by paramedics.
The suspects involved in the shooting managed to escape in a vehicle, leaving investigators to piece together the puzzle of what led to this fatal encounter.
