According to Constable Phil Peledeau of the Windsor Police Service, Dobson had a live-in boyfriend who was in Toronto at the time of her disappearance and only returned to Windsor days after her body was found.
Dobson’s sister, Laura Fournier, continues to seek justice and closure. Fournier laments the loss of her sister’s untapped potential, stolen by the unknown perpetrator.
