Peel Regional Police are currently conducting a probe into a suspected case of arson at a residence in Brampton.
In the wee hours of Tuesday morning, emergency responders rushed to the scene on Saddle Creek Court, located near the intersection of Highway 407 and McLaughlin Road South, following reports of a fire that broke out around 4:40 a.m.
As a precautionary measure, the occupants of the house as well as residents from nearby homes were promptly evacuated to ensure their safety.
Fortunately, no injuries have been documented as a result of the incident.
