After nearly a two-week search effort, the disappearance of a 90-year-old man has ended in tragedy.
Joseph was last spotted around midnight on January 29 in the vicinity of Coxwell Avenue and Gerrard Street East. Reports indicated that he might have been driving a greyish-blue Toyota Corolla when he went missing. Authorities had launched multiple appeals to the public for information, underscoring that Joseph had specific health conditions that necessitated medication, which he did not have with him at the time.
On Wednesday evening, police released a brief statement confirming the discovery of Joseph’s deceased body on February 11. They stated that no further details would be disclosed at this time.
Although the investigation is still ongoing, law enforcement emphasized that this incident does not seem to involve any criminal activity.
