“Mother’s Heartbreak Shines a Light on Tragedy: Speaks Out After 12-Year-Old’s Death in Tumbler Ridge”

The heartbroken mother of Ticaria Lampert, a young girl tragically lost in the recent Tumbler Ridge mass shooting, shared fond memories of her daughter with the press on Thursday.

Sarah Lampert lovingly described Ticaria as a selfless soul, always there for anyone who needed her kindness and support.

“She was my everything,” expressed Lampert, reflecting on Ticaria’s caring nature.

Ticaria, also known as Tiki or Tica-roo, was a lively and fearless 12-year-old whose vibrant spirit brightened the lives of her family and those around her.

“Tiki was a beacon of light in our lives. Her presence was so strong, you couldn’t miss her, even if you tried,” a tearful Lampert shared.

Left behind by Ticaria are Lampert and her seven siblings, who now face the daunting task of moving forward without her by their side.

“As a single mom, each one of us played a vital role in our family. We have learned to support each other and function as a unit. Tiki’s absence will be deeply felt,” Lampert expressed.

“She was a rose that blossomed from adversity, a hero in our family. Simply by being herself, she brought joy and hope to me and her sisters. Her mission was to spread sunshine wherever she went.”

Ticaria’s life was cut short just before her 13th birthday, adding her name to the list of victims, which includes six children and two adults, taken in the tragic incident.
