Peel Regional Police are actively searching for a suspect linked to a shooting that took place at a home in Brampton during the early hours of Saturday.
The shooting incident unfolded close to 3 a.m. on Veterans Drive, situated near the junction of Mississauga and Mayfield roads.
According to authorities, the victim sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a trauma center; however, the individual’s condition has since stabilized and is deemed non-life-threatening.
