The trial of billionaire businessman Frank Stronach for sexual assault charges continues with another witness expected to testify today in Toronto. The 93-year-old Stronach has pleaded not guilty to a dozen charges involving seven complainants dating back to the 1970s. The first complainant, a woman in her 60s, recounted an alleged incident from the early 1980s where she claimed Stronach assaulted her at his restaurant after offering her champagne. The defence has pointed out discrepancies in the woman’s accounts to police, media, and the court over the years.
