The CAQ leadership race has resulted in the recruitment of just over 5,500 new members. According to preliminary figures released by the Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ), 20,576 members will be eligible to vote for their next leader.

The deadline to become a member and have the right to vote for the leadership was March 13.
