The Delta Police Department (DPD) has released updated details to further their inquiry into a mysterious death case.
Last week, authorities revealed the discovery of a deceased woman and a fire in an industrial zone. Responding to a call at a field on River Road, south of Westminster Highway, just after 6 a.m. on Aug. 26, officers sought public assistance in gathering more information.
Expressing gratitude to those who have already provided information and video footage, the DPD emphasized the importance of community cooperation in solving the case.
Seeking more leads, law enforcement is now seeking the driver or owner of a white Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab, believed to possess crucial information for the investigation.
The identity of the deceased woman has not been disclosed by the police.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have spotted the vehicle in the Tilbury vicinity between the late hours of Tuesday, Aug. 25 and the early morning of Wednesday, Aug. 26, to reach out to the Delta Police Department at 604-946-4444, citing file number 26-16041.
