A man, 80, faces charges for allegedly harassing young females in a community near Barrie. York Region Police report that between August 10 and September 1, the man approached a group of girls in Keswick, making inappropriate comments, including sexual remarks about their appearance. In one incident, he followed the girls to their homes and lingered outside. Charles Blair has been charged with six counts of criminal harassment. Authorities have released his photo, suspecting there may be more victims and incidents. Blair was spotted driving a white Lincoln SUV in previous incidents.
