The incident occurred at the intersection of Bridletowne Circle and Finch Avenue East, prompting emergency responders to arrive at the scene at 6:11 a.m. The driver involved in the collision stayed at the location, according to Toronto police.
Toronto paramedics confirmed that the woman was immediately taken to the hospital due to the serious nature of her injuries.
