A violent incident unfolded at a gas station in Abbotsford on Thursday, leaving a 49-year-old man seriously injured in a stabbing. The Abbotsford Police Department responded swiftly to the scene at McCallum Road just before 5:30 p.m. and provided immediate medical assistance to the victim. Thankfully, although the injuries were serious, they were deemed non-life-threatening, and the man was rushed to the hospital for further treatment. A 28-year-old suspect, known to the police, was apprehended not far from the gas station and is currently in custody. Authorities have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat related to the incident.
