Toronto authorities seek a man posing as a spiritual healer in connection with a sexual assault incident in midtown. On October 9, police were alerted to a sexual assault near Eglinton Avenue East and Yonge Street.
According to reports, the suspect approached the victim on the street, pretending to seek help finding an address. Claiming to be a spiritual holistic healer, he offered the victim a reading, during which he allegedly sexually assaulted them.
Described as a man aged 50-60, of medium build with long black/grey hair tied in a dew rag and a full beard, the suspect was last spotted in a multicolored shirt, brown jacket, blue jeans, and black dress shoes.
Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward to aid in the identification of the suspect.
