Amelia Boultbee, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing Penticton-Summerland, dealt another blow to the BC Conservatives by leaving the party’s caucus on Monday. Expressing her disenchantment with party leader John Rustad, Boultbee announced her resignation to the media outside the B.C. Legislature and revealed her decision to continue as an independent member.
