To celebrate the Toronto Blue Jays making it to the World Series for the first time since 1993, Rogers has launched an exciting ticket giveaway campaign to fill the stands with enthusiastic fans.
Rogers, the proud owner of the Blue Jays, unveiled a thrilling initiative called the Bring it Home campaign, aimed at igniting support for Canada’s beloved baseball team. As part of this campaign, the company has announced that they will be offering 500 complimentary tickets for each home game of the World Series.
Beginning at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday, fans have the chance to win one of 250 pairs of tickets for Game 1 by simply posting a photo or video on Instagram using the hashtag #BringItHomeJays.
In a unique twist, Rogers will be distributing 500 tickets for Game 2 to fans who are watching Game 1 at selected undisclosed locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Additionally, more ticket pairs will be up for grabs on Rogers’ Instagram account.
Chief Brand and Communications Officer of Rogers, Terrie Tweddle, expressed the unity and passion of Blue Jays fans nationwide, stating, “The Blue Jays unite fans right across the country and they all want the same thing – for Canada’s team to bring the World Series Championship back to Canada.” She added that thousands of fans and customers will have the opportunity to be part of this iconic baseball experience.
Rogers customers will enjoy exclusive access to numerous additional tickets through the Beyond the Seat program, including a grand prize package that covers airfare, accommodations, and a pair of tickets to the World Series. In a special gesture, some of the company’s long-standing customers will receive VIP treatment.
As a vibrant display of support, Rogers will be temporarily swapping its familiar red branding for the Blue Jays’ iconic blue color across various platforms during the World Series, including retail stores and advertising.
It’s important to note that all tickets provided through this giveaway are non-transferable.
Rogers, the parent company of CityNews, is pulling out all the stops to engage fans in this thrilling baseball spectacle.
