Toronto authorities are currently on the lookout for a suspect in connection with a late-night stabbing incident in Scarborough on Friday.
According to investigators, the incident took place in the vicinity of Old Finch Avenue and Morningside Avenue shortly before 11 p.m. after reports of a stabbing surfaced.
Upon reaching the scene, responders discovered an individual with a stab wound, who was subsequently taken to a trauma center for treatment by paramedics. Fortunately, the injuries were deemed serious but not life-threatening.
The suspect managed to flee the scene before law enforcement arrived, and no detailed description of the individual has been provided yet.
