The RCMP has confirmed that the BC Prosecution Service has approved charges against three individuals: Jilane King, Simon Bourbonnais, and Tyler Stuart.
Mounties say King has been charged with first-degree murder in Barker’s death, and Bourbonnais has been charged with manslaughter in Brown’s death.
In addition, both have been charged with indignity to human remains and accessory after the fact in both killings.
The third suspect, Stuart, has been charged with accessory after the fact and indignity to human remains relating to both victims.
