A crash along the East-West Connector in Richmond is causing long delays for drivers heading north along Highway 91 Monday morning.
The crash was just before the s-curve and had the left lane blocked. While the crash cleared just after 8 a.m., traffic is still clogged.
Traffic is backing up into Delta, with congestion building on Highway 91 from 64th Avenue.

Drivers can use the Massey Tunnel or Westminster Highway as alternate routes.
