After a brief break in the showers today, a stretch of windy conditions and steady rain is set to move in through midweek.

Tuesday will be mainly cloudy, with a 40 per cent chance of showers in the morning and early afternoon. More steady showers are expected later in the day, along with a risk of thunderstorms. Winds will strengthen significantly, reaching 50 km/h and gusting up to 70 by midday. The high will be 17 C.
Periods of rain are expected Tuesday night with a low of 7 C.
Rain continues into Wednesday, keeping temperatures cooler with a high of 9 C. Showers are expected Wednesday night with a low near 5 C.
Thursday remains cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of showers and a high of 12 C, with similar conditions continuing overnight.
A mix of sun and cloud returns Friday with a high of 13 C, though there is still a chance of showers overnight.
The weekend looks somewhat brighter, with a mix of sun and cloud both Saturday and Sunday. There remains a slight chance of showers, with highs reaching 16 C on Saturday and 15 C on Sunday.
