Crash blocking northbound lanes on HWY 99 in Surrey

A multi-vehicle crash has snarled northbound traffic on Highway 99 in Surrey Wednesday morning.

Callers to 1130 NewsRadio first reported the crash around 6:50 a.m.

Emergency crews are responding to the scene near the Serpentine River Bridge, blocking the right and bus lanes.

One lane remains open, but drivers can expect major delays.

To avoid the delays, you can take the King George Boulevard exit to Highway 10.
