New Air Canada Routes and Flights for Summer 2027
Air Canada has exciting plans for Summer 2027, with the announcement of new non-stop flights to three captivating destinations and increased flights to popular spots.
In a recent press release, the airline revealed that starting next summer, travelers can jet off to Oslo, Norway; Shannon, Ireland; and Nice, France. Additionally, the previously announced route to Guatemala City, set to launch in December, will now operate year-round.
Beginning June 2, 2027, Air Canada will offer four flights per week between Oslo and North America—the only direct flight to Norway during this period. Travelers can also enjoy the convenience of three weekly non-stop flights from Canada to Shannon, operating from June 10 to October 2, 2027.
For those dreaming of the French Riviera, Air Canada’s new Toronto to Nice route will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays from June 16 to October 23, 2027.
Furthermore, the airline will reintroduce its Toronto to London-Heathrow day route, as well as extend the Toronto to Guatemala City flights into year-round service. The Toronto to Shanghai route will see an increase in frequency to daily flights.
Deborah Flint, President and CEO of Toronto Pearson, emphasized the significance of these new services in strengthening global connections. Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, and President, Cargo, highlighted the role of these expansions in linking customers and markets worldwide.
With the arrival of their first Toronto-based Boeing 787-10 aircraft later this year, Air Canada is poised for further network expansions and exciting announcements on the horizon.
