A man with disabilities suffered severe injuries after being hit by a car while riding his mobility scooter in Longueuil on Tuesday. The incident occurred near the junction of Jean-Paul-Vincent Boulevard and De la Métropole Street, prompting a 911 call to Longueuil police (SPAL) at approximately 1:40 p.m.
