The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC) announced on Thursday that charges have been laid against three individuals for firearms-related offences following an investigation that began with a search warrant in September 2025.
During the execution of the search warrant at a residence in Surrey, CFSEU-BC discovered the following:
Although several individuals were initially arrested during the operation, they were later released as the CFSEU-BC continued its inquiry.
On July 6, three individuals were charged with one count of possessing a firearm without the necessary license or registration. Additionally, two of them were also charged with:
Currently, two of the three accused individuals are in custody, while a warrant has been issued for the arrest of the third party.
The CFSEU-BC has stated that the case is now before the court, marking the conclusion of their investigation.
