In an early Sunday morning incident in Brampton, a 25-year-old man was hospitalized after being stabbed in the neck during a confrontation with another individual, as reported by local authorities.
The altercation unfolded near the intersection of Bovaird Drive East and Great Lakes Drive shortly before 2:00 a.m., according to Peel Regional Police. The alleged perpetrator fled the scene in a vehicle and is currently evading capture.
Emergency medical services disclosed that the victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury from an edged weapon and was promptly transported to a medical facility. Following treatment, he was discharged.
