Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a major accident involving three vehicles in the eastern part of Toronto over the weekend.
Reportedly, the incident occurred shortly before 11 a.m. close to the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Ashbridges Bay Park.
Five individuals sustained injuries as a result of the collision and were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor wounds.
Authorities have disclosed that among the injured parties were two teenagers.
At present, the reason behind the accident remains undisclosed.
