In the early hours of Saturday morning, Hamilton police responded to a stabbing incident in the Fennel Avenue East and East 26th Street area. A 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and arson after allegedly attacking a woman, who sustained minor stab wounds. The victim was taken to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.
