Premier David Eby has officially announced a byelection in the Abbotsford-Mission electoral district following the resignation of former MLA Reann Gasper.
The vacant seat emerged on Aug. 22 when Gasper made the decision to resign from her role in the B.C. legislature, paving the way for Conservative leader Kerry-Lynne Findlay to take her place.
