The Richmond RCMP is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a man believed to have exposed himself in a business in the Garden City area of Richmond earlier this summer.
Officers were called to McClelland Road near Alderbridge Way at approximately 3 a.m. on July 5 following a report from a victim. According to the victim, the man entered the establishment, went to the washroom, and then left. Shortly after, he returned, pretending to have forgotten something in the washroom.
Upon exiting the washroom the second time, the man allegedly positioned himself by the restaurant counter and exposed himself to the victim, as stated in a recent police announcement.
The suspect left the premises after the victim contacted emergency services.
Richmond RCMP has shared three surveillance images of the suspect, describing him as a 25-year-old male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, with dark eyes. At the time of the incident, he was dressed in a black hoodie, black beanie, black face mask, grey sweatpants, and black shoes.
