Police in Toronto are currently looking into a stabbing incident that took place in the early hours of Saturday near the vibrant Kensington Market area.
The incident unfolded close to the intersection of College Street and Augusta Avenue around 1:00 a.m. A man in his 40s was found at the scene with a stab wound and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Authorities are on the lookout for a suspect described as a Black male, last seen sporting beige pants. The motive behind the attack and the relationship, if any, between the victim and the assailant remain unclear.
