Hamilton police are seeking assistance from the public to identify four individuals involved in a robbery at a Cash for Gold store on Hamilton Mountain.
The incident took place on Sunday at the store located on 1119 Fennell Ave. E. just before 5 p.m. Three of the suspects, armed with a gun and crowbars, forcibly entered the store through the back doors. Meanwhile, the fourth suspect waited in a getaway vehicle.
The suspects specifically targeted gold, silver, and cash before making a swift escape in a dark-colored SUV, speeding away from the scene. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as an employee was present in the store during the robbery.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the suspects or the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.
