A 53-year-old man has been arrested as Laval police investigate an alleged sexual exploitation case involving suspected pimping, and officers are now seeking additional victims.
Sylvain Riopelle, was arrested on April 14 on a warrant issued against him.
Police allege the offences occurred between 2024 and 2026. Investigators say the suspect used deception to target vulnerable individuals, whom he allegedly sexually exploited while acting as a pimp.
Riopelle is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday at the Palais de justice in Laval.
