Starting Monday, June 8, there will be a full closure to vehicles on Granville Street between Davie and West Georgia.
The closure will run until July 26.
The city is partnering with the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association for the pedestrian zone.
The plan for the area includes expanded patios for Granville Street businesses, interactive installations, and additional seating.
Be sure to check in with your local TransLink schedule as well. All vehicles and buses will reroute to Howe and Seymour streets.
