The Quebec government is expected to announce an agreement with the province’s English universities to strengthen French.
A press conference is scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. with Quebec’s minister of higher education and representatives from the province’s three English-language universities: Concordia, McGill and Bishop’s.
