The Sûreté du Québec says a Quebec fugitive who has been on the run since 2023 is believed to have been arrested in Spain.
Police say they have been in contact with the European Operational Team regarding the arrest of 36-year-old All Boivin, a Saguenay native who is believed to have been located in Marbella. Authorities say validation procedures are underway before the arrest is officially confirmed.

Boivin has been wanted since Feb. 15, 2023, on allegations including gangsterism, aggravated assault, kidnapping, forcible confinement, break and enter, weapons trafficking and drug trafficking.
He is listed among Quebec’s most wanted fugitives and is the second most wanted suspect in Canada on the BOLO program’s website. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Interpol are assisting with the investigation.
