A 51-year-old man from Toronto, Yang Fu Luo, has been charged with multiple sexual assault offenses involving a minor after a young individual under 16 reported inappropriate behavior by their Chinese language tutor.
According to York Region police, the incidents allegedly occurred between January 2026 and July 2026, with the minor stating that the tutor had engaged in sexual touching on multiple occasions.
Yang Fu Luo now faces two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference following an investigation into the reported incidents. Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward, as there is a possibility of additional victims.
