Peel Regional Police seek public’s help in identifying suspect wanted for overnight stabbing incident in Mississauga.
A recent incident in Mississauga has left authorities searching for a suspect involved in a late-night stabbing. The incident, which occurred near Dixie Road and Eglinton Avenue, was reported to authorities around 1:30 a.m. this past Saturday.
Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement discovered a victim with severe injuries. The victim was swiftly taken to a trauma center for medical attention, but details about their current condition remain undisclosed.
Investigators are now on the lookout for a suspect matching the description of a Black male, standing at approximately five-foot-11. The individual was last observed sporting cornrows and dressed in a black T-shirt with red stripes, paired with black shoes.
According to reports, the suspect has a Caribbean accent and was last seen fleeing the area in a dark-colored minivan.
