Toronto Man, 45, Faces Charges After Launching Anti-Muslim Tirade

An incident of hate-motivated harassment in downtown Toronto has led to the arrest of a 45-year-old man, Reginald Cuff, who is now facing multiple charges.

On July 19, near Bond and Shuter Streets, Cuff allegedly targeted a victim with anti-Muslim comments during a confrontation that police described as unprovoked.

As the victim tried to walk away, Cuff reportedly continued to make threats, prompting the victim to seek help from a passing police officer out of fear for their safety.

Upon his arrest at the scene, Cuff further escalated the situation by refusing to cooperate with authorities and making violent threats towards the officers.

Reginald Cuff is now facing charges including two counts of uttering threats, criminal harassment, and obstructing police in connection with this incident.
