The housing situation shows signs of improvement in various regions, according to CAQ leader Christine Fréchette.
Fréchette, the leader of CAQ, made a case for her government’s housing construction efforts, suggesting that progress has been made in resolving the housing crisis in certain areas. She highlighted that the market is gradually reaching a point of balance in multiple regions, citing a 3% vacancy rate as a positive indicator.
