The westbound lanes of the Gardiner Expressway near Park Lawn Road are shut down due to a collision involving two vehicles that occurred on Monday afternoon.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene just after 3 p.m. following reports of a two-vehicle crash and subsequent vehicle fire.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Currently, the westbound lanes of the Gardiner are closed off near Park Lawn Road, leaving only the right shoulder accessible.
Police are advising commuters to seek alternative routes as delays are anticipated in the vicinity.
