The Surrey Police Service (SPS) has issued a warning to the public about a high-risk individual now residing in the city.
Identified as Jonathan Anders Muzychka, this individual has a troubling history of violent behavior towards individuals and involvement in property crimes, according to police reports.
Described as a 49-year-old man standing at six feet one inch with a medium build, Muzychka sports short brown hair, brown eyes, and facial stubble, as detailed by SPS.
Under a court order with strict conditions, Muzychka is required to wear an electronic monitoring device and adhere to a curfew set from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., as enforced by the police.
The Surrey Police Service’s Prolific Offender Unit is actively monitoring Muzychka, urging the public to report any sightings of him breaching his release conditions by contacting 911 immediately.
