On Saturday morning in Burnaby, a vehicle driven by a 31-year-old woman crashed into a building on Nelson Avenue. The incident occurred around 11:45 a.m. between Kingsway and Bennett Street. Upon arrival at the scene, Burnaby RCMP found that the Burnaby Fire Department and BC Emergency Health Services were already present.
Fortunately, the driver sustained only minor injuries in the collision. However, the building has suffered structural damage and has since been boarded up by authorities.
The cause of the accident remains unknown and is currently under investigation by the authorities.
