The identities of the four individuals tragically killed in a helicopter crash on Montreal’s South Shore have been revealed by their loved ones on social media. The incident, which occurred on Saturday at around 2:30 p.m. in the Sainte-Brigide-d’Iberville municipality, claimed the lives of Gabriel Jasmin, Chantal Raymond, Loucas Perreault, and pilot Suzanne Jutras.
The group was on a helicopter ride to celebrate Raymond’s birthday when the aircraft crashed and caught fire, leaving their family and friends devastated. Océane Perreault, mourning the loss of her husband, mother, and brother, expressed her profound grief on Facebook, describing the pain and emptiness she feels at their sudden departure.
Gabriel Jasmin, a beloved radio show host at Sherbrooke-based station 106.1 Énergie, leaves behind a daughter with Perreault. Meanwhile, pilot Suzanne Jutras was identified as the fourth victim, with condolences pouring in from the farming community where her husband, Yves Boulais, is a respected member.
